SENSORY EXPERIENCE MEDITATION WAS FOUNDED IN 2022 BY LAUREN GILL.

Lauren found meditation by accident when she was finding herself getting overwhelmed when doing her Business Management and Leadership degree when she was 18, which lead to her having panic attacks.
She found herself locking herself in a toilet to calm down and instinctively kept turning her attention to breathing techniques which enabled her to connect the breathe to her body to calm herself down.
Fast forward to 2019, Lauren was diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma cancer. She welcomed meditation into her life as a daily practice and began digging deeper into spirituality and holistic healing to strengthen her mind, body and soul throughout and post cancer treatment and it changed her entire outlook on life.

After returning to her corporate job, she found herself seeking a deep fulfilment and purpose and kept finding herself feeling mis aligned and unfulfilled. In 2022, Lauren took a teacher training course in Meditation and one month after, founded The Sensory Experience Meditation.

The Sensory Experience Meditation is a meditation experience which incorporates a mix of breathwork techniques, crystal healing, visualisation and sound healing to tap into and relax all body senses, leaving you feel deeply relaxed, in tune with your inner and outer self and re energised.

Together in the sessions, we bring awareness to our emotions, tension and energy that has been suppressed so we can feel, heal and reclaim our true power.
